- Vision: a top-three biotech power by 2035 with competitive firms, biomanufacturing and jobs.
- Fund: ₹50,000 crore, period 2026-2035, to help startups commercialise innovations and cross the Valley of Death (lab to factory gap).
- Support tools: blended finance, equity-risk money, Viability Gap Funding and infrastructure help.
