At the National Workshop on Good Governance Practices 2025, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Jitendra Singh, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, unveiled five DoPT digital reforms.
The five initiatives

| AI Recruitment Rules Generator Tool | Works with RRFAMS; uses AI to draft and amend rules and cut delays |
| e-HRMS 2.0 mobile app | Under Mission Karmayogi; Android and iOS; service records, promotions, transfers, training, superannuation; linked with SPARROW, PFMS and Bhavishya |
| iGOT AI platforms | Adds iGOT AI Sarthi (finding learning resources) and iGOT AI Tutor (personalised support), plus a Specialisation Programme and capacity-building plan tool |
| KDLL 2.0 | Upgraded Karmayogi Digital Learning Lab for digital content creation |
