1. NCBC Recommends Removing 35 Communities from Bengal OBC List

NCBC recommended removing 35 mostly Muslim communities from West Bengal's central OBC list, after reviewing 2014 inclusions.
NCBC gained Article 338B status through the 102nd Constitutional Amendment Act, 2018; it has five members.
Parliament finalises changes to the central OBC list under Article 342A.

4. PM-WANI Scheme: Public Wi-Fi and Digital Public Infrastructure

PM-WANI was launched by the Department of Telecom in December 2020 to spread public Wi-Fi, mainly in rural areas.
Its ecosystem has four parts: PDO, PDO Aggregator, App Provider and Central Registry.
By November 2022 the registry showed 188 aggregators, 109 app providers and 11,50,394 hotspots.

INS Aridaman is India's third indigenously built nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine (SSBN), of the Arihant class.
It was built under the Advanced Technology Vessel Project at the Ship Building Centre, Visakhapatnam.
More than 90% of its components are indigenous, including reactor and propulsion systems.
Three SSBNs allow a minimum rotation fleet for continuous at-sea deterrence.
