13. ICRIER Survey: Ecommerce Helps MSMEs Get Finance

  • An ICRIER survey found 51% of online-integrated MSMEs say being digital helps them raise finance from banks and NBFCs.
  • By size, benefit was highest for medium firms (60%), then small (55%) and micro (48%).
  • 30% of integrated firms obtained collateral-free loans; medium enterprises led at 33%.
  • 55% of MSMEs did not use any government support programme in the last three years.

23. Mental Health Insurance in India: Low Claims, Policy Gaps
