1. PMGSY-IV Launched at Sehore on Scheme’s 25th Anniversary
- Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched PMGSY-IV on 10 May 2026 at Bhairunda, Sehore, Madhya Pradesh, marking 25 years of PMGSY.
- Madhya Pradesh got approval for 973 roads, 2,117.52 km long, costing ₹1,763.08 crore.
- PM-JANMAN road works worth ₹261.81 crore (384.34 km) were handed over; PMAY-G got a ₹2,055 crore mother sanction.
- PMGSY started on 25 December 2000 under Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
