2. NOTTO issues 10-point advisory to favour women in organ allocation

  • NOTTO issued a 10-point advisory to cut gender disparity, giving women on waiting lists extra points in organ allocation.

4. Cabinet approves Rs 4,250 crore packages for Assam and Tripura

14. Contaminated Sites Rules, 2025: Framework to Clean Toxic Sites

  • The Environment Protection (Management of Contaminated Sites) Rules, 2025 give a legal framework to identify, assess and remediate contaminated sites.
