DAC Clears Defence Proposals Worth Rs 52,000 Crore

On 3 July 2026 the Defence Acquisition Council (DAC), chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, cleared a large package of capital purchase proposals for the three armed forces, valued at roughly Rs 52,000 crore.
