1. Sakura Science Programme 2026: 56 Indian Students Visit Japan

6. ECL Provisioning: RBI Moves Banks to Forward-Looking Loan-Loss Norms

  • RBI issued its Master Direction on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) provisioning on 27 April; banks must comply by April 2027.

14. SkyCast Aviation Weather System Debuts at Delhi’s IGI Airport

18. Amolops kamal: New Cascade Frog Found in Nagaland

  • Amolops kamal, the Nagaland Cascade Frog, is a species new to science, described by ZSI scientists.

20. NFHS-6 Findings: Obesity Up, Stunting Down in India
