1. Article 200 and Tamil Nadu’s Bills Without Assent

  • Tamil Nadu notified 10 State Bills into law without Governor or President assent, relying on a Supreme Court ruling on deemed assent.

  • Under Article 200 the Governor may assent, withhold assent, or reserve a Bill for the President.

13. NITI Aayog Report on Automotive Industry and Global Value Chains
