The Ministry of Panchayati Raj asked states to hold special Gram Sabhas across the country on 2 October 2026 to launch the ‘Sabki Yojana, Sabka Vikas’ People’s Plan Campaign 2026-27.

About the People’s Plan Campaign
The People’s Plan Campaign has been run every year since 2018 across states and union territories. Through it, Gram Sabhas take part in preparing the GPDP, which sets out local needs and priorities using participatory, evidence-based methods. The Ministry of Panchayati Raj coordinates the exercise.
