About QCI
- Autonomous, offering independent third-party assessment; headquartered at World Trade Centre, New Delhi.
- PPP model with CII, FICCI and ASSOCHAM.
- Governing Council of 39 members split equally among government, industry and stakeholders; the Chairperson is nominated by the Prime Minister.
Objectives
- Raise quality standards and public service delivery; nodal agency for National Quality Campaigns.
