About CAQM and GRAP
The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) has made regulation and emission control of DG sets compulsory in Delhi-NCR. The Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) is the staged set of anti-pollution measures applied as air quality worsens, mainly during winter, when the Package-IV area faces severe pollution.
