MToT Programme: Panchayat Own Source Revenue Training Under RGSA
Why in the news
The Ministry of Panchayati Raj (MoPR), with IIM Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), began a Training of Trainers drive to help Panchayats raise Own Source Revenue (OSR).

- Runs under Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA); goal: financial self-reliance and a cadre of local resource leaders.
- First batch: Master Trainers from 16 States and UTs; expansion planned.
