2. Navachar Mantra: Eligibility, Sectors and Incubation Details

  • Navachar Mantra is an MSDE flagship scheme, run by NIESBUD, to find and scale grassroots innovations coming from rural India and Tier-2 or Tier-3 towns.
  • Open to people aged 18-55, with focus on aspirational districts, underserved areas and smaller towns; applications close 5 July 2026.
  • Ideas at validation or early prototype stage qualify; no registered company or finished product is required.
  • Selected innovators get a one-year structured incubation across six priority sectors.

3. Delhi-NCR Vehicle Replacement Scheme: Rs. 9,585 Crore

  • The Union Cabinet approved a two-year, Rs. 9,585 crore vehicle replacement scheme for Delhi-NCR.

6. RBI Rupee-Support Package: PSU Loans, FCNR(B) and FAR Eased

8. UPI in Cambodia: NPCI and ACLEDA Bank Partnership

16. Food Planet Prize 2026: Andhra Pradesh’s APCNF Wins for Natural Farming

  • APCNF, the community-run natural farming programme of Andhra Pradesh, took the 2026 Food Planet Prize, awarded at Båstad in Sweden.
