NATO Arctic Sentry Mission Launched to Boost High North Security

NATO launched a new mission called Arctic Sentry on 11 February 2026. It is designed to raise the alliance’s presence in the Arctic and High North, with more intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance activity.
