7. RBI OMOs in Q4 FY26: Easing Bank Treasury Losses

9. Inflation Targeting Framework Extended to 2031 at 4% Target

  • The inflation targeting framework now covers 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2031.
  • The target stays at 4% retail inflation, with a tolerance band of 2% to 6%.
